When first working in Canvas several months ago, I was able to create Outcomes and change mastery levels as well as the calculation methods. I realized that once you create outcomes in a course the format becomes locked and it is a mess to change things. So I had my IT create a new course so I could try a different type of mastery and calculation, but once I got into the new course the mastery and calculation were locked. I emailed my IT about it and they cannot see why I cannot change things. They checked my settings and cannot see what is wrong. So they told me to reach out to you.
