I can no longer see external score information in my trackers

I am a SPED teacher with students in the gen ed classroom. In the past, I have been able view external score information when I click on the mastery level for the standard being assessed. Recently, that has stopped working and I am getting an error message that tells me there was a problem opening the assessment and to close the performance grader and try again. Nothing has changed on my end or on my gen ed teacher's end. What can I do to fix this problem?
