Description
When Discussion Checkpoints and Speedgrader 2 are enabled in an instance, the previous and next buttons to navigate an individual student's posts do not show.
Expected Behavior
The previous and next buttons to navigate an individual student posts should show when Speedgrader 2 is enabled with Discussion Checkpoints.
Workaround
No workaround exists at this time.
Steps to Reproduce
Create a course with student enrollments and have Discussion Checkpoints and Speedgrader 2 enabled.

Create a checkpointed discussion

Submit to the checkpointed discussion as a student

As the instructor, navigate to speedgrader for the checkpointed discussion

Notice that the previous and next buttons to navigate between posts do not show.
