I've noticed some discrepancies in out LTI usage report. I'm missing data for Pearson and I see that it is on the list of compatible LTIs. I have courses running Pearson products right now so there should be active launches. Is there something I can do to refresh this or push that data?
Also, I'm seeing a lot of launches of the "Canvas Program Assessment (formerly Portfolium)". What is this? Even looking at the launch data I'm not sure. Does everyone have this?
Hi Julie. I have noticed something similar.
In Filter > list of LTI Tool Name(s), app names are missing or different than the app name, eg. I see Turnitin instead of Turnitin 1.1 and WC-Turnitin-CPF which are the LTI's in the app list.
Also, Microsoft Teams meeting lti and Microsoft Teams meeting classes are missing.
It would be useful to have clarification, by Instructure, about what apps can be expected in the LTI Tool Name(s) list. Cheers.

If you have those LTIs and are missing launches, I would recommend putting in a support ticket.

Thanks for getting back to me.
I've submitted this as an issue to Canvas Support. L1 came back to me with an ambiguous response "As mentioned by our engineering team, we do not have this feature yet as they are both different as LTI tools are usually not Canvas managed and accesses are limited, for now, it is 30 days only. Will be longer in future release versions. There will never be historical info though before it was installed on the instance."
I would expect to have LTI usage of CPF available, same as some of LTI 1.1 Turnitin available now. Turnitin is listed as supported LTI.
Are you able to check availability with L2 support?

Thanks for bringing this to my attention and you are right that response could be better. I reached out to support and got your ticket going in the right direction now. You should be seeing updates in your ticket as we move through this investigation.

Those launches should appear 4 hours after the launch. If they are not appearing I would recommend putting in a support ticket so we can investigate it.
The Canvas Program Assessment (formerly Portfolium) might be the Folio LTI if you have not subscribed to Portfolium.

I've got multiple courses running Pearson's 1.3 integration this semester and I do not have it at all. I'll put in a ticket.
We don't have the Folio LTI installed in our instance either. When I met with my CSM's they were very confused since we couldn't find it anywhere and it is ranking as one of my top used LTI's. If you'd like to take a look, I'd be happy to meet.
