Weather at Keystone in July?

OK. So I've never been to Keystone in July. What will the weather be like? What kind of clothes should I bring?

The weather in the Midwest, where I'm from, is usually very hot and humid.

Very warm days and maybe really chilly nights (welcome to the mountainous high desert!)

Warm if sunny, mid-70's - low 80's, but might also be cooler if clouds are around. Historical numbers show average high of mid-70's and average low in upper 30's (evening temps). Dry, not humid. Sun is strong - sunblock, sunglasses/hat, light outer layer for protection, etc. is smart. 

Potential for rain/storms in the afternoon that time of year and it can get much cooler with clouds around. Rain coat, umbrella, footwear that can get wet (and potentially muddy depending on the evening activity or where lunch is.)

Chilly nights for sure and there are evening events to bop around to and be outside for extended periods.

Last year it rained in the afternoons, but other than that, the weather was beautiful.   No matter what the weather it didn't stop the good times!  🙂

Jeans and a fleece or hoodie were good to have for the evening activities, for sure.
