The InstCon 2017 app does not appear to be working for us. It keeps deleting items we've added to our schedule and then adds ones we never signed up for. (Note: The app has been updated. We've been using it over several days/weeks. We are using iPhones. There are multiple people having this problem.)

I have had the same issue. I completely set my schedule a couple of weeks ago on the app (with alternate sessions for many time slots), and when I logged on this week with the rest of my team (who hadn't yet downloaded the app and added their schedule) I noticed that most of my schedule had been wiped.
I still had a few events on my schedule, dinners were there, one session remained on Wednesday, two sessions on Thursday, but 75% of it had been cleared. I chalked it up to either them updating the app or updating the location of the sessions (which you wouldn't think would have cleared it from my schedule).
When I logged on today though the lunches and dinners and keynotes from Wednesday and Thursday were gone, and several of the breakout sessions have also been wiped from both Wed and Thurs.
I have saved my schedule on Outlook as well, and that is what I would encourage people to do in lieu of solely using the app, as there have certainly been issues. Our CSM is looking into it, but it's too close at this point if you have key sessions that you want to attend.
Thanks for letting me know that it wasn't just me, as I hadn't heard of anyone else having problems and was beginning to wonder.

I'm using the Android app. The issue I'm having is that the schedule is missing some of the events that the website schedule shows.
Yes. Happened to me too. Thank goodness I had written it all down on a paper so I could re-enter it again. In my case, it not only deleted almost all of what I had selected, it also added some that I hadn't. It was almost as if it was someone else's schedule that I was seeing. Since we don't log in, for all I know their server was overwriting my selections with another's.

I use EventBrite for another con every year (and for that I'm the admin). The issues I'm having here are crazy-making. I cannot even see the schedule options. If I slide the page up, you get what you see below, a cut off image. Happens on the "Bridge" page, too.
ETA: if you turn iPad 90-degrees you can see schedule, and I can see it on iPhone. However, like the rest of you, I do not see how I can create a custom schedule without a login. Very odd.
It just happened to me again and after I reset everything a few days ago. All my selections are gone and others are selected. I really think I am seeing someone else's choices. Please, Canvas techs, can you create an app for next time that let's us log in and actually saves our schedule on the app and online? I have been to several other tech conferences over the years that have that, and it is great. I do not have the energy to redo all of my schedule for a third time, so the app is pretty useless now. I am sticking with paper.
