Is there a way to see which break-out sessions are being held at which times without having to click on each individual session? Will there be a version of the schedule easily printed or downloaded showing all sessions with short description and specific

I think this Schedule page should be exactly what you're looking for: https://community.canvaslms.com/community/instcon/2016/pages/schedule
tap any of the links at the top to see, at-a-glance, which sessions are going on, at any given time.
You will see "back to top" buttons throughout this schedule so you can quickly check sessions at a different time slot.
You can also search sessions by category if you click the last link ⬆︎ in that index. It will take you here, where you can search by category.
