Instcon doc comments disabled?

Are comments disabled for some of the documents? Is this on purpose?

Example:

How to Light a Fire and Build an LTI

Deactivated user​

It does say in the doc "Leave comments and connect with others below"

ahess4, this is definitely not on purpose! I've pinged one of the community managers to look into this.

It was not just the example I gave; Many of the documents in the instcon 16 place did not have commenting available. I've checked some, and it appears they are fixed now.
