October Highlights
Employee Spotlight
Over the course of Quarter 3, the Impact content team has been busy ensuring the needs of our Impact customers are met! This lovely team is made up of four rockstar ladies: Dani McCallion (@DaniMcCallion), Eleni Balaska (@EleniBalaska_), Katie Metz (@KathrynMetz), and Kelli Sorenson (@KelliSorensen).
As an improvement to some of the guides, the team embedded short videos (all less than 1m 30s) to provide users with a quick visual overview.
The team also created and launched 12 new, ready-to-use campaigns centered around improvements made to features, trending topics, and requests directly from customers. Additionally, they carried out a customer survey to help further improve the content and delivery of our Out-of-the-Box campaigns and continue to work on the action points over the course of this quarter.
In close collaboration with the EMEA team, they also worked on showcasing the value of Impact as an effective tool beyond implementation. Exciting content is now in the making as a result of that collaboration!
