[Support Center] Publication setting for new out-of-the-box articles
Problem statement:
At the moment, new out-of-the-box (OOTB) support articles are added to the Support Center with the state "published". However, we do not use all Canvas features and would like to periodically check new OOTB articles and publish them only if relevant to our situation. We have no issue with the current workflow of automatically updating already existing OOTB articles.
Proposed solution:
Either a setting that allows you to by default add new OOTB articles to the Support Center with a "published" or "draft" state, or a "queue" for these articles.
