Issue: In our Support Center, we encounter challenges when trying to manage and edit article categories within the Arrange Articles function. The main difficulties include:
- Navigation Complexity: Our category structure is intricate, with a nested hierarchy of subcategories. Finding the exact location of a subcategory for editing often requires multiple clicks and navigation through this complex tree.
- Link Tracking: Additionally, we face difficulties in tracking the placement of links to existing categories within this structure. We cannot always remember if we created a link to an existing category, and/or where they are located.
Adding a search bar for Support Article Categories on the Arrange Article page would provide an efficient way to locate and edit categories within the complex tree structure. Admins would be able to simply input the category name they're looking for, reducing the need for extensive navigation and making the editing process more user-friendly.
