[Reporting] Please include course sis_ids in the tool usage reports

Problem statement:

LTI Tool usage reports from Impact do not include any course information, so it's not possible to know in which courses a tool has been used, which is important information for many reporting use cases.

Proposed solution:

In LTI tool usage reports from Impact, please include the course sis_ids from Canvas so tool usage can be matched back to courses.
