[Reporting] Impact Course Reports LTI - Reporting Template Visibility Management
Problem statement:
At this time all Impact reporting templates are visible via the Impact Course Reports LTI. There is a benefit in being able to manage which reporting templates are visible within the LTI (for example: visible to Canvas course instructors). As all the reporting templates are visible within the LTI, at our institution we are no longer able to have them restricted to Impact/Canvas admins. By showing all the reporting templates, instructors might be confused about seeing categories that may not necessarily apply to them.
Proposed solution:
Add a setting for each reporting template (a toggle) that allows the Impact admins to enable/disable visibility for the Impact Course Reports LTI.
