[Reporting] Canvas Parent App Monitor Category

Problem statement:

In the Mobile App reporting template there is not a monitor category for the Canvas Parent App. Parent usage information is needed heavily for K12 as districts encourage parents to use the app to observe their students. As an admin, having Canvas Parent App data will be very useful to see what tools parents are interacting with the most. As a teacher who uses Impact Course Reports, I would like to see what items observers are interacting with in my course.

Proposed solution:

Add a monitor category for the Canvas Parent App in the mobile app reporting template.
