Editing Out of the Box Support Articles
Because we are unable to edit Canvas Guides Out of the Box Support Articles, we have to manually recreate articles with nearly identical content. In two situations we currently manually recreate these articles: - Especially for translated out-of-the-box support articles, the title of the article does not always cover the content. Currently, we have to create a new article just to edit the title. - The Canvas Guides sometimes contain paragraphs explaining a functionality that we don't (want to) offer to end users. It would be nice if we can exclude those paragraphs in Out of the Box Support Articles.
In order to avoid double work and near identical support articles, we would like to be able to edit the title and exclude certain IDs from selection in Out of the Box Support Articles.
