[Custom User Groups] Make edits to custom user group within the Impact admin dashboard
Problem statement:
We are seeing more use cases for custom user groups in Impact, but when it comes to making changes to the list, an admin would have upload an updated list of a current custom user group.
Proposed solution:
It would be easier for admins to manage changes in custom user groups if after the first upload, they have the ability to make changes (add, remove) to the custom user group list within the Impact admin dashboard, without having the need to upload a file every time there's a change.
