[Campaigns] Grouping/Organizational Structure for Campaigns Page

Problem statement:

While new-ish to Impact, I am finding the list of campaigns getting longer and hard to read. Names sometimes get chopped for length, making it unclear which campaign is currently running, which are private to me, and which ones are from what term.

Proposed solution:

I propose grouping abilities for the campaign page; something like the Assignments Index page in Canvas. I can make groups based on my chosen structure. It would also be helpful if it was per user, not per instance. In other words, the organization I chose would be my choice and not reflect on my co-workers pages. Thank you.
