We hope everyone is having a great month so far! This month, we are taking a break from our typical newsletter format as the team is preparing for and attending InstructureCon. Below are some essential Impact updates that we could not wait to share with you.
Product Updates:
- Impact Insights Redesign is Live!
- Check out all of the updated insight screens including user activity, tool adoption reports, course activity reports, and our other report types.
- Sub-account-level Access now Available for Impact!
- If you are using Impact with Canvas it is now possible to determine precisely which areas of the product an administrator can access and which actions they can perform. Read the Enable your Canvas Sub-account Level Access with Impact blog to learn how.
- Configure your Impact experience using our new General Settings page!
- On our new General Settings page, you can easily configure your Timezone, LTI Course Reports, Messaging and Supporting Center options, and Canvas sub-account level access.
- Impact Roadmap Update: New Quizzes
- Impact’s deeper integration with New Quizzes has been temporarily removed from our roadmap.

Customer Success Updates:
- The CSM Team is always looking for ways to better meet our customers’ needs. Take a short survey to let us know how you prefer we share resources and communicate with you.
- Join Office Hours with the Impact CSM Team: If you have a quick question or need additional product guidance, our office hours are ideal for you. Currently held on the last Wednesday of every month at 8:30 am CST and 2 pm CST, you can register for our next session by letting us know your attendance plans.
Services Update:
- *NEW* Impact Online Training for Canvas: Stay updated with Impact's newest features and receive targeted support on each of Impact's adoption features through this convenient course. The best part?
