Bio:
I am a Customer Success Manager at Instructure. I have a passion for cultivating impactful relationships, empowering others, and driving tangible results. I work with K-12 districts to guide them through onboarding processes, address concerns with empathy, plan for success, and uncover opportunities for growth and optimization.
I have been in the education field for 17+ years. Some of my previous roles prior to becoming a CSM were as a Systems Analyst, Instructional & Digital Materials Analyst, Online Course Designer, ESOL Coordinator, and Elementary School Teacher. I have a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education and a Master’s Degree in Curriculum, Instruction, and Technology.
