How do I delete my account?

I want to delete my account, but I don't know how. Help told me to contact canvas support, but I don't know how to contact them

Please tell me how to delete the canvas free account

Thanks for posting on the Instructure Community!

The best way to go about this is by logging into your Canvas Account, and locating the 'Help' button located on the Global Navigation bar on the left. Click on help, then click Report a Problem. From there, fill out the survey and they will be able to assist you further.

Hello! I have already written some questions on this site, but yet haven't received any answers. I want to permanently/forever delete my Canvas account, as I am no longer a user of this platform and don't wan't my information to be stored somewhere where I am no longer present. I have also written quite a few emails on privacy@instructure.com  , info@instructure.com and support@instructure.com to ask for help with my issue, but I didn't receive any help or answers on my issue.
