Delete my account

I have joined using 2 usernames for the same email. I want to delete this username account but keep the other one which is on the same email

Thank you for posting on the Instructure Community!

You can request an account deletion via the 'Help' link on your global navigation menu. You can do this by clicking the help button, then clicking on the 'Report a Problem' link, and then filling out the form requesting for an account deletion.

It is recommended that you go back through and ensure you don't need any information or data from your account, prior to requesting an account deletion, as account deletions cannot be undone.
