New Features |
Search Standards
When aligning by object, the Search Standards option allows users to easily search for any standard, and then align an object to the standard.
This update allows users to align to any standard. It also allows users to align to a standard when there are no standards on the Predictions tab. This can be used to launch crosswalks aligning to new content or for finding standards to fill gaps in a document.
Users can begin the alignment process by searching for standards using the Search Standards functionality.
The Search bar allows users to enter a keyword to filter through standards available for alignment. Users can adjust grades and filter to specific regions to refine their standards search, as appropriate. The Grade filter is preset, but users can remove or add any grades to the filter. Results can be sorted by relevance (default) or by region.
To select a standard for alignment, click the Checkmark icon. Once selected, the icon is highlighted, indicating that it is successfully added.
Standards Filter Update
Users can filter standards by region, subject, and grade.
The additional filters drastically reduce user workload and provide an easy workflow.
After setting standards filters, all selections can be saved as a Standards Collection, with full functionality of managing the Collections: creating, loading, applying, updating, and deleting.
After naming and saving, the Collections are available to any user within the account, saving time when setting up multi-user projects.
