CD1: increase in missing requests table data

I know that we are all working towards Canvas Data 2, but over the past several weeks, there have been more days than usual that have had problematic CD1 downloads for us (no files, duplicate records, etc.). This usually isn't that big a deal given the way that we get the data, but it is becoming an issue with the requests table. 

Has anyone else been experiencing CD1 issues lately, or is it just me?

@mclark19 I noticed that our requests were missing for about two 24-hour periods in late April.

Thanks @stimme. We've got several periods of missing requests in last April as well.
