Schools that utilizes Course Pacing are getting a broken page error. When I try to replicate the error, my view does not show the broken page error. Also, when I act as the user, it also renders the view properly for me.
Is there a local setting that my school would be seeing this error, but when I view the same course pacing, it renders fine?
Please see their broken image below and when I act as user, it looks fine to me.
Thank you for any suggestions. This has been ongoing and the schools still report broken page error. Some users are able to use pacing while others can not.
@TracyHarelson Well that's not good. Do you have a support ticket number for us to look into?
Thank you @AllisonHowell - our customer submitted a request 09899024 to look into this. Thank you for your support!
As a work around, we created a new course and course pacing was working. It seemed only linked to the specific course.
Thanks for the update, @TracyHarelson. Just wanted to let you know that we have gotten to the root of the issue and are fixing it ASAP. In the meantime, going through support will get it to our team so we can fix it on a course-by-course basis. Not ideal, but the fix is coming!
@AllisonHowell - we are still experiencing the course pacing error. Is there any fix that I can apply on a course-by-course basis? It seems to be happening to the same course in one instance,
I'm so sorry @TracyHarelson! I have seen this come through and I know it's super frustrating. Unfortunately our engineers have to apply the fix, but as I mentioned, we are actively working on the permanent fix (as in engineers are assigned) and I will let you know when that has been deployed. Thank you for your patience!
