We started with test at the beginning of the year: outcome/recommendation
Use Case:
"Students" enrolled in sections with different start dates.
Quizzes setup to start X days after course start (?)
What we expected:
Students in Section 1 to have same quiz due dates based on the section start date
E.g. start date for section was 1st March. Quiz due date should be 30th March
Student in Section 2 to have the same due date based on a later section start date.
E.g. start date for section was 1st April. Quiz due date should be 30th April.
Testing:
Instead, our testing had inconsistent start dates for the students and we interpreted that the due dates were being calculated from the enrolment date, not the section start date
This is not what we want because we want students in a section to have the same due date so we can send comms and reminders. We do not want different due dates based on a student being enrolled into the course early or late.
