The Instructure Community is excited to introduce Community Pros, a new series of meetups exclusively for Instructure Community members! These sessions are designed to foster learning, collaboration, and networking in an informal and customer-led environment.
What to Expect
Each Community Pros session is a one-hour event in which members participate in small group discussions on specific topics. These sessions are designed to be casual and dynamic, blending technical and pedagogical conversations. There is no set presentation or agenda—just predetermined topics to kickstart the conversation. Bring your questions, share your experiences, or offer assistance; everyone’s input is valued.
Who Will Be There?
Instructure employees and Community Coaches (our customer experts) will be on hand to guide conversations, answer questions, and provide valuable resources. Whether you are a newcomer or a long-time customer, Community Pros is open to individuals of all levels of product knowledge.
How It Works
The Community has partnered with inSpace to create a flexible learning experience. Participants can move freely between breakout rooms or topics, fostering an environment where the best discussions can take shape naturally.
Visit Instructure Live, browse the calendar, and RSVP to the events you’d like to attend or contribute to! Because each session can only accommodate 50 concurrent users, please make sure your “yes” RSVP is accurate. This will ensure a positive experience for everyone and allow the Community to consider adding additional sessions to Instructure Live.
Upcoming Topics
Community Pros will kick off with a variety of exciting topics as many Community members begin a new academic year, including:
- Canvas Admin Tools and Tasks
- Humanizing Online Learning
- Assessment Strategies and Tools
- Making the Most of Modules
- Teacher-Learner Communication
- Student-to-Student Interaction
- Leveraging the RCE
- Find the Data
We look forward to seeing you there!
