My CANVAS studio willno longer load. Same problem in 3 different browsers and 2 differnt computers.  tech support tells me to "clear cache" which I have doen repeatedly and rebooted computer. error message says startup file moved to a different address.  Anyone run into a similar problem? or a hint at how to fix the problem?

Are you able to access your global Studio library?  It's typically at 

https://[your institution].instructuremedia.com/login
