Hi Canvas Community,
Our nursing programs heavily rely on PowerPoints with embedded videos. However, we're facing two challenges:
We want to increase Studio usage, particularly in our nursing program. However, instructors are reluctant to narrate or record their PowerPoints for Studio upload.
I'm seeking your input:
Any insights or experiences would be greatly appreciated!
Edit: I understand that you can embed Studio videos onto PowerPoint - how much does it affect the storage when the PowerPoint is then uploaded onto Modules?

I have not found an option to have a video already in Studio play in a Google Slides or PowerPoint presentation. Google only allows Google Drive and YouTube. The option to add an online video to PowerPoint gave me errors when testing (it did not recognize the URL). The ability to put iFrames into PowerPoint (which is how Studio provides the Embed code when sharing) requires additional add-ins to work. The only way I have found is to put the video directly into PowerPoint, but that will increase the file size for the PowerPoint.
An alternative is to put the videos onto Google Drive, then embed the videos into the PowerPoint.
