terminate account

I want to terminate my account and request to be forgotten, but all possible ways as described in helpfiles appear not available to me. I can also not find any other way to get support than this way, by posting in community.

Please delete my account and make iy easier for others to do so

For clarification, are you asking for:

• your Canvas Community user account to be terminated and forgotten?
• your Canvas user account to be terminated and forgotten?
• for both your Canvas Community user account and your Canvas user account to be terminated and forgotten?

If you are asking for your Canvas user account to be terminated and forgotten, whether only that or along with your Canvas Community user account, you will need to contact your institution's Canvas team for help with that.

If you are asking for your Canvas Community user account to be terminated and forgotten, I have someone that I can reach out to that should be able to help.

As a follow-up, if you are asking for a Canvas Free for Teachers (FFT) user account to be deleted, that is something that can be done by a member of Instructure's/Canvas' staff and I can notify them for you.
