screen frustrations

Is there some reason why there has to be a scrolling viewing screen within the screen? It makes reading the lessons so annoying to only have a quarter of the screen to navigate with a scrolling within the webpage (and, no, I'm not looking for "just ctl. +/-" as an answer). It would be a much less stressful viewing experience if the lesson wasn't set up like this but instead set up like an actual webpage. Having to make the screen zoomed in a lot is not a solid solution.

Hi @mewa636,

It sounds like that is something you'd need to talk to your teacher about.  In the most general sense, Canvas content is like a webpage, but teachers have a lot of flexibility with what they set up.  It's also possible that what you're seeing is content from a 3rd party being embedded inside Canvas, which could have limitations similar to what you're describing.  The Instructure Community where you posted your question is made up of users around the world, and we're able to answer a lot of questions about Canvas, but we don't have any access to your particular Canvas pages nor the ability to contact your teacher.  If you bring these issues up to them, they may be able to make some modifications (perhaps with the assistance of a tech team at your school).

I hope this info helps!
