"The folder 'unfiled,' which includes this file, has been locked."

Currently a student trying to access my courses syllabus, every time I click the link, the message, "The folder 'unfiled,' which includes this file, has been locked." pops up. Emailed the professor, however, they've said nothing is locked. It doesn't seem like anyone else in my class is having this problem either, I've tried multiple different devices yet they all say the same thing, is this something on my end that I'm just not understanding?

From the error message you posted, it sure sounds like an error that all of the other students should be getting, and that your teacher would have to fix.  I wonder if other students are accessing the syllabus a different way than you are, and perhaps are getting a different version that works.  I'd recommend reaching back out to your teacher, telling them exactly where are you going and what you're clicking on before you get that error message.  Hopefully that can track down the issue and get it fixed up for you.
