Keep in mind the information in the blue boxes at the top of these Guides, however.
I also checked out your school's website, and I found the following page which might have some good contact information:

I'm not sure if they use any other authentication method to log in to Canvas. But, it looks like there is an e-mail address you can use to get help. You can find that address under the heading "CANVAS FOR STUDENTS" for the Rockwood Technology Help Desk.
