interactive rubric

I would love to have the ability to post an interactive rubric in which the students could submit a self reflection prior to my submitting the final score.  Currently I print out the rubric on paper and they turn in a picture but it would be streamlined if we could do it in Canvas.  Thanks for your consideration

Students need to complete a rubric - each of the ten or so expectations with a point scale of anywhere from 1-30ish points.  I don't (yet) understand how a Likert would help.  I looked at the above link but don't think that's what I'm looking for.  Maybe I'm missing something though.
