I have a free teacher account and was randomly locked out today. I tried to get a link to reset my password, but the link was never sent. My account magically opened back up, but I can only log in under some random instructor email address that popped up. Does anyone know how to fix this? There's no option to delete her and I'm sure she's receiving my email notifications since the email on the account is registered to her.

Hi! I was able to remove the secondary email from your Free for Teachers account. Now, your primary email should be the only way to sign in. 🙂
