Will restricting who can create Microsoft 365 Groups impact Microsoft OneDrive LTI in Canvas?

Hi,
We are wanting to restrict who at our college can create Microsoft 365 Groups. We realize that limiting who can create a group, affects all services that rely on groups for access, including Outlook, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, etc. We currently have Microsoft OneDrive LTI setup in Canvas.
Does anyone know if restricting who can create a M365 Group will have any impact on the ability to use Microsoft OneDrive LTI in Canvas? I'm not finding much out there on this topic beyond:
