Why marked assessment appear again on trainer's marking list?

Hi hope everyone is doing well 🙂

We have a trainer marked a student's assessment on September 20. But October 10, the same assessment appeared again on this trainer's dashboard for marking.

Is there anyway to prevent marked assessment appearing again in the marking list?

I have attached a screenshot for your reference.

@MaggieZhou Thank you for the screenshot!  Based on it, it looks like there is at least one other submission for this assignment (see how the submission is a drop down in the top right corner) which could indicate the student resubmitted after the initial one was graded and this will put it back on the to-grade list.  A great way to tell is if the grade in the gradebook is now the sheet of paper icon instead of a grade, this means a new submission has been made and it needs acknowledged.

Also in case anyone else reads this reply, there is another possibility that I just figured out -- there are still questions requires grading (please see screenshot attached).

That is to say, maybe the trainer/teacher marked the whole assessment but there was one he/she checked but forgot to click.
