Sorry to hear that you are having troubles submitting an assignment to your instructor in your Canvas course. Have you ensured that your browser is up-to-date? In general, you'll want to use the latest version of Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome. Have you tried using a different browser to see if you can submit the assignment?
What are the browser and computer requirements for Instructure products?
Have you tried clearing your browser cache/history?
Also, are you following the steps outlined in this tutorial video?

If you have tried all those things, you might want to reach out to your instructor to let him/her know you are having troubles submitting your assignment. Also, you might want to reach out to Canvas Support to see if they have any other suggestions for you. They may be able to check your course to see if they can spot anything out-of-sorts.
