I am 95% sure that the phone number for paid tier 1 support is unique to your school.  I could be wrong about this, though.  If you are looking for your tier 1 support phone number, you'll want to reach out to your school's local Canvas administrator or someone from your school's Online Learning/eLearning department.

It is true that Canvas Support phone numbers vary from school to school. You can locate your school's Canvas Support line phone number on the Help button in Canvas. This is located on the far left hand side if looking at your Dashboard!
