I used to be able to click on a student's name in the gradebook and a window would pop open telling me their current grade and how many assignments are missing. Where did it go? Please bring it back. I use that all day every day.
I am still seeing that student information pane in our courses. I wonder if something might be up with your browser. Maybe try another browser or clear your browser history to see if that returns the menu.
Hello @ChristyS,
I'd agree with @tbirbeck here as it sounds like your browser might be not loading this page. I'd try clearing cache these can help for PC https://community.canvaslms.com/t5/Canvas-Basics-Guide/How-do-I-clear-my-browser-cache-on-a-PC/ta-p/... and for Mac https://community.canvaslms.com/t5/Canvas-Basics-Guide/How-do-I-clear-my-browser-cache-on-a-Mac/ta-p...
Hello there, @ChristyS, @tbirbeck, and @igustafson ...

Hope this helps a bit.
A very interesting feature. At my school, parents could do such actions. And everyone didn't like it. Because I really had to study. I had to find materials on the Internet. For example on the topic "death penalty pros and cons", I used https://studymoose.com/free-essays/death-penalty-pros-and-cons for this. I have always found ways to get around this or that case. In our journal, it was even clear that it was I who did not pass at school.
