Is a way to create a "n/a" score option for a criterion in a Canvas Rubrics. I am attempting to create a rubric that can be used across various assignments, and there will be instances where some criterion is n/a. Is there an easier way than duplicating the rubric and editing it for each assignment?

Hello, @coliver1. This is a challenge if you want to use the rubric to score student submissions. If the points possible for the differentially applicable criteria are the same, you could create a criterion that is either/or and indicate in the assignment description which part of the either/or applies to a particular assignment.
Another option is to indicate the 0-point level could mean that the criterion does not apply to this particular assignment or that the submission does not meet that criterion (details in the criterion comments, I suppose). It is okay for the total points of a rubric to exceed the points for an assignment, and Canvas asks to confirm that you want those totals to be different.
