Using Canvas for quality assurance of student scores

Hi, reaching out about a question that came up from my team about using Canvas for other things than just training. We (Instructors) are looking at getting a dashboard of on-going quality assurance within canvas to track progress of scores. We used Canvas for a project over the summer, did not use canvas for overall QA of students scores. Our next project with be at a much larger scale and looking to integrate both the training and QA in Canvas if possible? Thanks
