Hi,
When I log into my canvas my dashboard doesn't load. It glitches and won't let me look at my classes. I can't open any tabs such as calendar, etc. Is there a way to fix this issue?

There have been several people posting similar questions in the Community, and here are the things that have been suggested:
- Check to make sure that your web browser is up-to-date. Try even using a different browser. For instance, Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox are great choices to use when navigating around the Canvas environment. Also, check out What are the browser and computer requirements for Instructure products?
- Try clearing your browser history/cache. Once you do that, close out of your browser, and then re-start the browser. Log back in to Canvas to see if anything has changed.
- Reach out to folks at your school. Often, a school will have an Online Learning / eLearning / Distance Learning department who can help you. For you at Boise State University, I was able to find a good page on their website that has some contact information for you: Canvas at Boise State University.
- Try contacting the Canvas Help Desk staff. They might also have some suggestions for you. How do I contact Canvas Support? - Instructure Community
