Unable to Access Admin Console - SSO Error

Hi,

I'm trying to access the Admin Console for my college. However, when logging in, I see the error message "Single Sign-On Error". It then goes on to say, "We can't log you in because of an issue with single sign-on. Contact your Salesforce admin for help.".

I've only recently taken on the admin role (and haven't had any handover training!) so am not sure where to start looking for the issue.

Does anyone have any suggestions on how to resolve this issue?

We're sorry to hear you've been experiencing issues with access to the Admin Console. As long as the credentials on file are valid and your account is registered as a Field Admin, we should be able to get you in and give you full access. To confirm this, we would likely need to speak with you directly. We can contact the CSM on file with the school to make sure there are no issues with the account or the SSO being used.
