Student access to Canvas page: Equipment: Newer MacBook Air. Using Safari
Some Canvas pages started loading only a "Transcript" over the top of the page and I lose navigation control and access to rubrics, reply and submit buttons. At first it was only happening for a few pages and I could toggle between the course module list link and the page and eventually it would load the page correctly, not the dead-end transcript. Now that's not working and more and more pages are not loading properly.
It's happening across multiple courses and the page loads normally in Chrome, so it's Safari - I think. Updated Safari, allowed all cookies, made sure Canvas content is not blocked and shut down and restarted my computer. All that seems to have made the problem worse. Don't see anything in community threads, but I might not be using the right search terms. Not a fan of Chrome and don't have many bookmarks there. I'd rather use Safari. Below is screen shot of a "transcript" that loads about half a second after the Canvas page loads, blocking access to controls and some content. If I scroll to the bottom, there are no navigation buttons. I have to go back to the module navigation list and click on the next page to move forward. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks!
Haven't tried a PC to see if it's a setting on my computer. Any ideas?

Hi @CarolAnneHagele,
Have you disabled the Prevent cross-site tracking in Safari on Mac setting?
If that does not work, I would recommend contacting your school's Canvas support team.
