Time moderation in new and old quizzes

Hi.  I've used the moderation for new quizzes to give students extra time.  When I do so, I get a message in the pop-up window (attached) that says the "settings will be applied to all course assessments for this student."  Doe this apply to old (original) quizzes, as well?  The language implies that, but when I look a an old quiz, I do not see any adjustments for those students.

I'm fairly certain that the accommodation settings in New Quizzes only affect the settings for New Quizzes, not "classic" quizzes.

I concur with @mzimmerman , Classic Quizzes and New Quizzes are two completely different systems (albeit used for the same purpose).  Settings from New Quizzes (like accommodations) will not apply to Classic Quizzes.
