Text Reader app

Have any of you used the Text Reader app that's listed among the Canvas apps? I think I added it (it's free) but can't figure out how to get it to show up when I"m making assignments.

I believe the app you are referring to is the "Immersive Reader" which cannot be accessed while editing an assignment. You can use the Microsoft Immersive Reader when viewing the Course Home Page or Syllabus or when viewing an individual assignment or page. How do I use the Microsoft Immersive Reader in a course as an instructor?

Alternatively, you can use the text-to-speech option built into Chrome. To use this just highlight the text using your mouse then right-click and select 

 "Speech" "Start Speaking"

what it would look like if a student were able to click on words within a text of an assignment and view information about it. Microsoft's Immersive Reader is great! I'm wondering if there's a similar functionality, like Text Reader describes, that does it as part of an assignment.
