My canvas account is currently showing no pfp, after i have added multiple files of jpegs, pngs, etc. i have no files in my Files section with 0% of memory used and somehow my account still has no pfp
my friend said that canvas takes half an hour to implement changes in settings such as pfps but i have been waiting for an hour nothing has changed
please give me solutions

It sounds like you know what you are doing but just in case I will refer you to How do I add a profile picture in my user account? - Instructure Community - 615332 .
If you continue to experience problems uploading or seeing your profile picture after it has been uploaded, I would recommend that you contact your school's Canvas team or IT Department for help. If your school subscribes to it, you might also be able to contact Canvas Support directly.
