I can't figure out the difference between "Cell Spacing" and "Cell Padding." What I'm trying to do is create more of a space between the edge of each cell and the text inside the cell: as it is, it's crunched right up to the left-hand cell edge.
Also, is there any way to regulate the height of each row? I've tried dragging the lower edge of the row up to make it thinner, but nothing happens.

I searched Google for some sites that describe the difference between cell spacing and cell padding. Here's what I found:
