Hello @AlenaStehlickov
Thanks for posting this in the Global Canvas Community!
While I don't know why the one student is unable to see their Uploaded Mark sheet, there are a few things you can look at on this.
- Are your Tutors uploading the mark sheets as Feedback comments in Speedgrader? Or were they using the Annotation Tools on the students submission?
- If they are using Feedback comments, Does it show a Red Asterisk next to where the feedback comment is in Speedgrader? This could indicate that the comment was added but not submitted. Canvas will show a red asterisk if the comment was saved as a draft. This will typically happen ff you navigate away from the SpeedGrader page or view another student submission before submitting your comment. To post it, you could have them simply hit the submit button.
- Are the grades posted for all students? I have run across something similar to this before. I discovered that I had put my assignment in a manual policy, and forgot to post all scores, leaving some students feedback hidden. If the students grade for the assignment has not been posted, Speedgrader show should a hidden icon to the top left. I think it will also indicate this in the gradebook on the total column. It should show a hidden icon if that is the case for the students total.
- Is the student looking in the wrong place for this? I know sometimes students get confused on how to actually look at annotated feedback or even comments that have been left on their submission. HERE is a guide from the students perspective on how to look at annotated feedback and comments.
Keep us posted on this! Let us know what you find out!
