Student can not take quiz after three months of new canvas installation (new database partition for quiz events failing to write for each month)

We're getting a resource not found error when a student attempts a quiz after three months of setting up Canvas. If we do a new Canvas installation it works for the first three months and stops again. Upon closer look, we discovered that the table 'quiz_submission_attempts' table only has three months' row starting from the Canvas setup date and stops working at the third.
